Ultimately, this nutritional protocol will re-train you to listen to your body, whether that means giving it the fuel it wants or not giving it the shit it doesn’t want. We can tell you, from personal experience, that it’s an incredible feeling when you realize that you can actually immediately tell how the food you’re eating is affecting you, for better or for worse. This is what makes our program unique. Most online fitness programs have, at the very least, somewhat decent (though sometimes NOT) nutrition and exercise protocols, but they just give you the materials and cut you loose to flail your way through it all on your own.
